Attracting the right people is key to our growth.  Azrights is a  growing practice offering opportunities to  those who are entrepreneurial in outlook.  Employees at the start of their careers can expect early responsibility and a chance to develop their professional profile from the outset.  For established solicitors there may be opportunities to work flexibly as permanent or ad hoc consultants.    If you have more than 3 years post qualification experience, and want to have the benefits of sole practice, without the burdens of setting up on your own, then we may be interested in working with you.  If the fit is right, working with us will reduce  the regulatory and administrative burdens you would otherwise bear as a sole practitioner, giving you time to  focus on the work.
