Our Business Model

Our business model uses consultants working remotely who are brought in when your matter requires their expertise.  This enables us to  deliver value for money, and expert services to clients.  It is particularly apt in the changing legal market brought about by the Legal Services Act.
 
However, unlike many virtual law firms, our model currently only uses the services of consultant lawyers to assist us.  We do not put self employed consultants working from home in charge of your project or matter.  All client matters are under our central control.  Our technology infrastructure developed on Sharepoint  enables us to offer remote working  and if the right expert wanted to join us as a home based full-time consultant we would be able to offer this from a technical point of view.

We are working towards Lexcel accreditation, so our lawyers  need to comply with Lexcel's practice management excellence criteria.  However, beyond this, any lawyers we appoint as full-time home based consultants would have the same level of autonomy and freedom to operate their practices as they currently enjoy if they are already running their own law firms.

We are always interested in hearing from lawyers who want to work with us on a project basis, where we will introduce the client.
