We deal with information provided by you in accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. You agree that we may obtain, use, process and disclose personal data to enable us to discharge the services agreed under this engagement, and for other related purposes including updating and enhancing client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, crime prevention and legal and regulatory compliance.

We understand the importance of keeping your email address confidential. We respect your rights to privacy, and know how important it is to minimize our communications so that you only receive valuable information. We plan to email you no more than once a month, although it is more likely to be once a quarter. This policy indicates how we will use and look after any personal information that you provide to us through this website.

Any personal information provided to us will only be used in connection with the supply of requested information or material, for administrative purposes, and to inform you about our events, services or products, or other related information that we think would be of interest to you, as explained above. It will not be disclosed to any third party unless you have given your consent to such disclosure. You may at any time ask us to remove your personal details from our records by sending an email to info@ip-brands.com with the words UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject box and your full name and address.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act, and under the Act you have a right, at any time, on making an appropriate request to see the personal data we hold about you subject to payment of a small charge to cover our administrative costs.
