Notes:
The quoted fees are to file the application only. There is also disbursements of £10 (UK) or £25 (CTM) to cover bank charges and postage, and on successful conclusion of the application there will be due a registration fee of £50 for UK marks and 850 Euros (official fees) plus £150 legal fees (about £750) - likely to be 6-9 months (UK) and 18 months (CTM) after filing.
All foreign currency conversions are approximate. Prevailing exchange rates at the time of the application or registration will apply.
The quoted fees are for filing an unopposed application. If an objection is raised or an opposition is filed or you require further assistance additional budgets will need to be set.
What happens next?

Make sure you tick the clearance search option, and indicate in the box at the end of the form that you are interested in the special offer (stating whether UK or CTM). You will then be able to pay using Google Checkout. All you need pay for on Google Checkout is for the search. We will then email you further instructions.
