Our estimates are based on what is fair and reasonable to both you and us, having regard to all the circumstances, and in particular to:–

2. the skill, labour, specialised knowledge and responsibility involved;
3. the time that is likely to be spent on the business;
4. the number and importance of the documents prepared or reviewed;
5. the place where and the circumstances in which the business is transacted;
6. the amount or value of any money or property involved;
7. the importance and urgency of the matter to you.
