So, unsurprisingly it is more likely that small business owners will decide there is no budget for legal services.

As preventing a problem is always infinitely cheaper than dealing with the consequences of a disputed contract, we recommend all businesses to set aside a budget for review of any important contracts before they sign on the dotted line.
