Domain names are an important aspect of branding.  However, businesses frequently employ a haphazard approach towards their acquisition.  Often buying of domain names is delegated to web designers or IT services companies, or employees in different departments.  However, the brand owner should have the contractual link with the domain authority, and should be the one in whose name renewal notifications are issued.

The vast majority of domain disputes happen due to poor domain management strategy.  Managing domain names, from an IP perspective, ensures that domain names are renewed on time before expiry and are not abused by third parties (including staff and Internet service providers).

A tool whereby all domains can be registered in your own name so that all your (that is, the brand owner's) subsequent domain names and renewals are registered using the same information to ensure consistency.  The technical people can have limited access rights so they can point domains to different websites, but are not in a position to renew or cancel domain registrations.

Because we are able to register any domain name of your choice worldwide, you do not end up using one domain registration company for the more commonly available domain names - such as  generic top level domains - and then finding different companies through which to register the less commonly offered country level domain names.

If you are using our domain registration and management service, all you will need to do when you want to buy a new domain name is send us an email instructing us to buy it for you.  We will hold a power of attorney from you and can therefore easily register your desired domains in your own name.  Where there are local requirements, we will advise you of the details and suggest ways in which you will be able to comply.
