Madrid Protocol and International Trademark
As trade marks are territorial they should be registered in the countries in which you do business. We can register trade marks for you in most countries worldwide.
We either register in other countries under an application known as a Madrid Protocol application, which is cost effective the more countries you need.
However, not all countries are party to the Madrid Protocol so if the country you want protection in is not within the Madrid system, we register through our network of agents worldwide.

Then it depends on where else you are going to promote your business as to whether we would register for you using the Madrid Protocol or just file directly.
